Veterans League
The reigning Bistro Champions are through to a second consecutive Final as Longwood brush aside the challenge of Division 2 high-fliers Lindley Lib A. Only one team has celebrated successive Bistro titles before in the history of the competition and that was Netherton Con A in 2014 and 2015.
It will be an all-Division 1 Final on Friday 6 September at Brockholes as Kirkheaton Con A won the other semi-final against Slaithwaite.
The Bistro KO is a straight knock-out competition involving all 60 teams in the Veterans League. The format is 5-pairs with the aggregate score determining the winners. In the event of the aggregate scores being level then the team that has the most winners will progress to the next round.
