Fantasy League transfers and table

Well Bowled Fantasy League

All the transfers made during the first Transfer Window of the season are listed in the table below. 28 Entrants made changes to their line-ups.

All the total points gained by the team transferred out are frozen and credited to the total scores. The transferred-in team points only start to count after the Transfer Window closed.

You may have to enlarge this record of all the transfers conducted in the 1st Transfer Window. If you think your transfer dealings are not correct then please get in touch straight away.

The May Transfer Window closed on Monday with 28 of the entrants taking the opportunity to refresh their playing ranks by replacing one, two or three of their underperforming selections. Most of those changes won't take effect for another week as the 10-Man League teams were all engaged in the Bistro this Tuesday. The updated table is here with just the 6-Man League results to take into account so changes in positions are likely to be of a minimum this week.

Mike Ralph continues to set the pace and extends his lead to 6 points but some others will be looking for their transfer dealings to kick in soon and address the space to the leading performers.

How the Fantasy League works:

Entrants pick a team in each of the 8 Divisions in the Veterans 10-man and 6-man leagues. Every point their 8 selections win goes towards the individual's total. Most points at the end of the season wins the prizes.

Entrants are allowed 3 transfers over the course of the season. There are transfer days at the end of each calendar month when punters can swap an under-performing team out and replace with a different team from the same division. They can swap as many as they like out in any month but they only have a total of 3 transfers that can be used during the season.

A season-long competition with a £100 Well Bowled Sales Voucher to the end-of-season winner. Then there is £40 for the runner-up and £20 for third place.

I am indebted to Well Bowled of Luddendenfoot for their continuing support of the unique Fantasy League competition. If you need any crown green bowling equipment your first port of call should be Well Bowled.
