There are League matches on three different greens this week as the final days of action takes place over the next 7 days. Tomorrow it all starts at Huddersfield RUFC with the penultimate round of Division 7 fixtures with the last round being played the following Monday (17 February).
Lots still to happen with the second promotion place up for grabs with four teams still in with a chance of stepping up a level. Three of those teams are on the same points total and only separated by the 'Aggregate For' totals. Marsh Lib have the most difficult fixture of those three teams on Monday when they have to take on the Division Champions, Cowcliffe B. Their two prime rivals for that 2nd place are Kirkheaton Con B and Hanging Heaton B and they both play bottom three opponents in Broad Oak A and Meltham B respectively.
Huddersfield RUFC are theoretically in with a chance of being promoted but are 4 points behind their three rivals and haven't won any of their last 7 fixtures so will do well to still be in contention going into the final day. To do that they will probably need them to win their last two matches to nil to have a chance with bottom-of-the-table Lockwood Con B their opponents this Monday. Whatever happens this Monday we know that it will all go through to the last day of action the following Monday to determine the final promotion place.
