An update from the BCGBA about an initiative coming out of the National Development Strategy.
***National Development Strategy***
As part of the recently introduced National Development Strategy, all Associations will receive kits to support their County Development Officer. These kits are available for use by all affiliated Clubs to support the growth of our sport across our grassroots.
On Friday, Paul Ashmore (BCGBA CEO) presented the Isle of Man Development Officer (Tracy Moore) with the first part of their development kit. The equipment provided consisted of 8 sets of Taylor coloured junior bowls, 12 sets of Taylor adult bowls and 4 jacks.
Also present at the presentation were some of the Manx Youth Games coaches, Some of the Association's junior bowlers were also there to test drive the new sets of junior bowls and, as you can see, had a great time!!! IOM Sport were also in attendance, and so was the sun. Good luck promoting the sport with your new development kit.
