Memories
Thank you to everyone who joined in our Christmas week competition to identify 7 bowling greens from photographs of redundant rollers that adorn the surrounds of these greens.
Lots of entries over the 7 days that the competition ran but only two punters managed to name all seven greens. They were Lynn Carter and David Catherine. Well done to both of them that was very impressive.
No prizes other than this namecheck for the two winners and I hope that you enjoyed taking part. We had over 160 entries from 38 different individuals over the 7 days that the competition ran and I know that many more took part without submitting their best guesses. The full list of green identities is listed below along with the original photos to prompt your memories.
