Review and photos from the Division 6 League fixtures played on Thursday 23 October
After opening their Division 6 season with an 8-0 win last week, host team Netherton Con C went down by the same scoreline this Thursday. Mirfield A were the victors as they clocked up their first win of the season. That cost the Netherton team top spot and also resulted in a 6-position drop down to 6th place for the host team.
There were two more 8-0 winners as Almondbury BC B scored a second win when seeing off New Mill C, to go top. They are closely followed by Springwood C who whitewashed Outlane with Mirfield A moving into the top half of the table. Brockholes B join the Almondbury team as the only two undefeated teams after they beat Huddersfield Recreation Club B by 6-2.
