Winter League
The Winter League's new Pairs Knock-Out competition rolls on into the new year with the Division 4 Qualifying Round to be played at Thorpe Green this Friday 3 January. This is at the same time as the Division 5 Qualifying Round of the Winter Cup is played at Lindley Lib.
The Pairs KO has got off to a good start with 77 (154 bowlers) entries so far and more qualifying rounds still to be played which leaves more entry opportunities right up to the end of January. Entries are still being accepted for this Friday's qualifying round for Division 4 bowlers with a 5pm closing time on Thursday the final deadline. A list of the closing dates for each qualifying round are further down this posting.

Snow is forecast for West Yorkshire for later in the week. In the event of that threatening the playing of matches on Friday then notice will appear on the home page of HuddWeb at www.huddweb.co.uk by 10am on Friday morning. Alternatively you can phone 07443 901 863 or 07968 171 197 anytime after 10am to get the latest update. This update service is open to bowlers and spectators
All matches in the qualifying rounds are 21-Up or 15 ends whichever comes first. All matches are 21-Up after the qualifying rounds. There are 10 pairs entered for Friday's qualifying round for Division 4 bowlers and they are all listed below. More entries are welcome before Thursday's 5pm closing time.
Three Qualifying Rounds have been completed so far involving 27 pairs of bowlers and this has seen 6 qualifying pairs lined up for the Round of the Last 16. Handicaps come into play from the Round of the Last 16 onwards.
