Winter League
There has been a late team withdrawal in the Winter League as the 2024-25 season just gets up and running. Primrose Hill Lib B were due to join the League for a first season playing in Division 8 but with less than a week before they were due to play their first match they have withdrawn from the League.
An appeal is now launched asking if any team would like to take up those fixtures. The first match is scheduled for next Tuesday playing at Lockwood Con with an 11.00am start time. It may be possible to delay the first match but after that it becomes much more difficult and the likelihood is that Division 8 will be limited to 7 teams which is very disappointing.
There has to be an early response if this vacancy is to be filled before the season starts. Any team that has an interest in filling that gap should get in contact as soon as possible.
